Dear author, the files for the pre-render version are corrupted in the .rar Can u please verify this? I just bought the project, but i cant do nothing with it without the pre-rendered .movs
Hi Victor, sorry for the trouble.
Try extracting the files using WinRAR. Another workaround is to download the file again without using any download manager and make sure the final file size of the zip is 313mb. Let me know if this works.
Also, is there any error messages when you open the .mov prerenders or the .aep file that I can look into?
