How about vertical photos? Can I use them in this slideshow?

I purchased a customized version of this template, which was catered to my needs by the author. Amazing work and great communication leading to the sale and slightly after the sale. Being a newbie to AE, the author was quite helpful.

Since working with the template I have learned a lot about AE and figured out a few things on my own.

I am now noticing an error with the original custom project I rec’d. If you simply open the FINAL_1920×1080 and move past 5 mins on the time line, the screen goes black and none of the imported images/videos or anything is shown. If you open the MASTER file it shows all the images and goes to the end of the file, which is at 6 mins 30 secs. If you open the FINAL_MASTER file only goes to 5 mins and has a black screen with red box, similar to the FINAL_1920×1080. Obviously there is something wrong here.

I believe there is an error in the original file. I have tried to open the original file and can confirm the same issue that Im having in my project that has the files all loaded into it.

The project is complete (in terms of my editing and importing of files) and I simply need to render the last 2 mins and 30 seconds but unable to do so cause of this error/issue. I have had to resort to renduring the project in 2 min chunks due to the fact my iMac cant handle renduring the complete project.

How do I fix it?

I have emailed the author but am posting here in case someone else can help me as this is my daughters 1st birthday party and am in a tight timeline to have this done.

Any help/suggestions from anyone, especially the author, would be most welcome.

Hi there, I love this template! Do you have any tips how to improve the render time? I have two ‘Moments of Life’ videos dynamically linked into a single Premiere Pro file, but it is taking 20 hours to render. I’m on a quite a high spec 27” 2011 iMac. Thanks!
