Hello, I like the concept a lot, I created my 1st project and the flag has so much “wind” that the image I use looks very distorted. Is there a way to reduce the amount of “simulated wind”? I think that would allow my project to look more realistic. Thanks, Dan

I would love to purchase this project.. It perfectly fits my needs.. however the fact it says requires no plugins is misleading..

Is there any way the author can update this project description please? or if possible use an alternative plugin to make the project work..

I just bought this template but have the same problem with the Normality Plugin. The download link it’s not working any more. The plugin developer pulled down his work. Is any way to fix this problem?

We should make a donation to the Normality Plugin Author as well for his graciousness.

I’d like to personally apologize to him (author of normality) if my posts here made him look bad… that was never my intentions… I felt really bad… I would never slam anyone on a blog.

His intentions were well meant….. Against Adobe’s business tactics what they were doing and not aimed at us the creative types…

I’ve personally missed the deadline I was going to use this project for but I am still purchasing the Custom Flag and still making a donation to the Normality plugin Author… because he deserves it and his work is greatly appreciated.

Wish I could donate more but I financially can’t. By the way if you wish to sign the petition against Adobe’s new business model, you’ll find a petition that has almost over 15,000+ signatures on change.org.

Well, I just got an email from the developer himself of the Normality plugin and his exact words were “haven’t decided when (or if) I’ll make the downloads available again.”

This is because he is MAD at Adobe Cloud. (You can no longer Use any adobe products in the traditional ways as installed on your computer, You have to now use the software through “REMOTE CLOUD” along with Adobe ID with a monthly fee charge) And as protest has decided to not offer the plugin… in the hope that enough Adobe users will complain to Adobe. I certainly understand his frustration but as a result we suffer…. especially us creative types just trying to feed a family by doing what we do best. I could not change his mind even after i begged. I’m mad at Adobe too… but life goes on.

So for the time being, if you are excited about using this REALLY COOL Custom Flag after effects project, you are in a world of “HURT” unless someone is willing to SHARE the plugin needed to run this.

I will purchase this fantastic Custom Flag file only if i am re-assured I can get the Normality plugin. We are at the mercy of the “plugin author”

I have been waiting for a template like this for a really long time. What a wonderful concept… just drop your graphic in and DONE…you have the waving flag or logo of your choice… I was ready to purchase only to find out “Normality plugin” which drives your really cool template is NO LONGER AVAILABLE… as shown here http://www.3dcg.net/download/normality/

I’m attempting to download the Normality plugin from the normality website but i keep getting an error message, would you happen to have it or does anyone else in this thread have it for CS5 MAC OSX?

What folder do I upload normality.plugin into? Main plugin folder? I put it in Plugins/Effects and it is not recognized.

I would private message but I thought maybe someone else would have same question and could find the answer here.
