hey there. I’ve purchased ur composition. Just trying to open file but an error message comes out saying that mov’s cannot be imported cuz file is damaged or unsupported. u probably used some codec to compress it, that my PC is not supporting
Hi Alez and thank you for purchase. Movie file is quicktime mov . Just update quick time or install it, it will work. There’s no other possible reason i could think of.
when im importing the the three files. i get this message that the files are dammaged or are not conpetible. so what should i do?
Thank you for purchase! As it’s mentioned in file description “AE CS5 and higher”, so please check your after effect version. Also, there’s no plugins inside project, no hidden scipts etc…so that can’t be reason. Flares are pre-render, animation is also pre-render 3d and it’s “place your logo, change background or flare color and hit render” project. There’s absolutely no reasons for file to be corrupted, only thing that cross my mind is that you’re using older AE version.
Very easy file to adjust, author has made it very easy to adjust any clour or settings. Lightweight file also, loading in website very quick. Absolutely perfect graphics and soundclip is very fitting. Nothing bad can happen with this, only beautifull results! Very happy with the offered help of the author and we will give him more work in the near future! PERFECT!
