Nice concept but extremely poor instructions. There is no guidance with step by step instructions on how to get rid of the background color so the image can be placed over another image. Yes, there is a link to pages and pages of explanations and descriptions of masks and everything else that i useless…what would be nice is a step by step simple instruction of how to get ride of the background color.

The only problem with providing step by step instructions is not everyone uses the same software so saying THIS is how to do it doesn’t work. That is why I provided the help HTML file for you. I didn’t make this youtube video until a few years after I created this file on videohive. My new videohive files have a link to this video.

Unfortunately there is no way for you to fix this.” What is the solution, because the video cannot be inserted in an alpha channel either without causing problems of displaying it properly. All files on videohive are .MOV files so you need quicktime. Try installing Quicktime on your computer and let me know if you still have problems.
Yes, i’ve used other .mov files to insert in alpha channels for video presentations. However, for some reason, yours does not work in the alpha channel. Do you understand? Thanks in advance.
You need to make sure you have the JPEG2000 codec installed for quicktime. That could be the reason it is not working for you.

Sorry no I can’t… you will lose the alpha channel when you convert them to a mp4 or flv format.
