I have a green X mark over my rendered video why is that? its also in the work files, how can I get rid of it?
Are you using a demo version?
I solved it, no I was not using a demo version but I installed a newer version of Cycore FX which was trial so i guess that why

hi, im having very few issues w the file and maybe you can help me… im super new to AE , just downloaded as a free trial to customize your file for a site im doing… well.. the first issue is my AE is missing the effect ‘cc toner’
also it states :this project must be converted from version 8.0.2 (macintosh Intel) and will open as an untitled project. The original file will be unchanged.
then, i did everything that your tutorial shows, everything works great… till i have to make the movie…. it just stays in the queue… and does nothing… not sure what to do with all this… can you help?

Thanks for buying rophillips77, This project file does not require any third party plug-ins. CYCORE FX plug-in is included in all AE original packages. (I’m not sure if it comes with the trial version as you mentioned) and “cc toner” is part of it. Don’t mind the message that pops out about converting from version 8.0.2 The reason it comes out is because this project was made with an earlier version than the one you have. All you have to do is save the new untitled project as the name you wish to call it.
If the file stays in queue and it does not give you an option to render (button will be at the right hand corner of the queue window) It must be because the trial version is not letting you make movies. Now, I’m not sure if Adobe has that disabled for trial versions. Let me know how it goes.

I have a problem…I have dowloaded the file from VideoHive to my workstation. It was dowloaded as zipfile. I Cannot open it with aep…or should I say i get a diferent backgroundon aep…need help please…let kmem know how can I dowload this so aepcan perrform…thank you in advance…

Hi Kramz, I have bought your animation. It is very good thanks. but every now and then when I compile “Text Two” goes bonkers flashing back and forth and going upside down. Can you please tell me how to fix this, without starting again? Thanks
@justinjam-The boxes were created in Cinema4d with the mograph module @jlambert-The secret is simple. Use sweepNURBS to make each side of the box, then animate the growth. After that, use a cloner to make multiple boxes. Finally, use a step Effector to offset the timing on each box.
Look, the animation is great – but this totally isn’t what I need in terms of composition. I would be willing to drop some serious cash for the secret of how to make the boxes – that’s the real attraction here.
Love this work… can u let me know what tools used to make this animation… in a project doing similar stuff.

For some reason, I cannot get the Logo Text to come in as white on a dark box background. When I set it like that, it basically shows the box color…Could this be some transparency setting?
I am able to figure everything else out, including any color logo with light boxes…just stuck on this. I have updated my logo in AI twice, light, dark, doesn’t matter, same result.

I bought this and have been trying to customize it for the last couple hours. The sound is not working for some reason, but that can be fixed easily enough…. However I cannot get the lines or the text color to change, I have followed everything in your guide but it still shows grey. Not even red like the demo.
Can you please let me know what I’m doing wrong?
