Just want to say, if I were AE savvy as you I wouldn’t need to purchase your product. Maybe adding a faq, so buyers won’t ask you the same questions over again. Asking a buyer to go read the comment to find the answer is not supportive at all.

You have this great talent. VERY TALENTED ! However, you got to understand why people buy your product.

When people buy, they are either amazed or inspired by your creation. So, most of the time, they would want to keep most of the look (including the audio) the way you created it, except the contents.

As from a buyers perspective, we expect things to work perfectly after the purchase (instead of showing some warning messages). If your product has the potential of letting buyers to experience that then list it on the page, and provide the solution.

This way, you won’t feel being bugged. The buyer won’t feel so frustrated! Instead they can take immediate action without contacting you.

I believe you rather prefer receiving more comments about how customer’s feel about your product and hope they can continue to buy your next creation, than “asking you the questions about the how to fix” the product.

Something to think about…how to handle things in a more effective manner that benefits you and your customers…because it would be such a shame that your amazing talents are shadowed by the uncleared communications between you and the customers.

Hi, You say we don’t need any plug in but it seems that you used the cycore fx. I also have the FEC Page Turn error when starting the project, and I don’t know how to replace it by CC Page Turns ? In any case the CC page turn fx is doing nothing (no page peel anywhere)

Like James notes above, I can’t figure out how to change the pictures either. Usually it’s an easy replace. You told James to insert the pictures, but that doesn’t do it with the same effects. Any other suggestions? Thanks, Gordon

OK…found the errant FEC Page Turn effect instance. It’s in Page 2.

Does anyone else see the FEC Page Turn error when starting?

Also…the demo above shows the cover of the book opening at the beginning of the animation, but my downloaded version contains no such page turn. Is this something that I have to build in myself?

I’m still getting a FEC Page Turn error when starting the project, so it seems that it’s still in there somewhere, although all I can find are CC Page Turns.

Also, where is the initial page turn for the cover? I can’t seem to locate where that occurs. Perhaps it’s the FEC Page Turn and can’t happen because I don’t have that effect installed?

Vaynah, In your project, all layers [Photo 1.jpg] point to a single file. When I delete it and replace then all picture holders are the same, again. How do I do a single picture per image holder? Then, I can change each one. I am not sure what I am doing and appreciate how to do this.

Me again, tried it again and cannot figure out how to switch the 6 image holders with my own images.

Hello, I purchased the item and am trying to replace the image holders (Photo 1.jpg) with my own photos. I cannot get AE to let me change it. How did you place the file? I must be missing an easy step here. Any help would be appreciated.

I am thinking of purchasing the project files to use for my School’s coffee book launch. I really like your animation (old book look and camera movement) but I need the book to look more like my real hard cover book. Is it possible to replace the vintage book look with an image of my real book and still retain the camera movement without too much AE editing. I have limited experience using AE CS3 .

Agree with others – great and creative project. I was amazed by the old textures as the video started but then got a bit disappointed about the perfect new placeholders that looked like from different world. I would suggest to apply the same old paper texture over the placeholders and text to keep the same old feeling throughout the project and finish the animation by closing the book again. otherwise it looks like you’ve started to work on it with a great passion but then got tired/bored and just decided to fade it out. Don’t get me wrong. I don’t want to criticize your work. i see it as a really good item and it could be a top seller. Just pointing out some things that, I think, can help it to be even better.
