Yes they can be converted to flash files and like that implemented to web site

Yes they can be resized , pack 2 is coming its in process on videohive i think today it will be available

you can resize them with any software with any resize tool

if I understand you correctly you just need to duplicate icons ,if I understand you correctly that you need one icon for example for two different days and its a same icon in both days you need just to duplicate it and put for both days the same icon if you need more help just send me PM
