Thank you for the quick response. I tried opening it with a older version of AE but the files are still coming up as corrupted for me. If you could update the file to be compatible with the new AE version, I would really appreciate it. It is a time sensitive project Thanks again!

the missing file error you describe is usually due to one of these two reasons:

1. the zip archive wasn’t extracted completely 2. the .aep file was moved to a different folder.

Make sure to right click on the zip you downloaded from videohive and choose “Extract here” (or something along those lines). then open the aep file and see if the error persists.

Hi there, only the project files in the “plugin version” folder should need those plugins. If you get an error regarding those plugins when opening the project files in the main folder then most probably I forgot to delete a hidden layer and you are safe to ignore the warning, everything should work and look as expected.

hi, the last time a customer had this issue, reinstalling quicktime solved the problem.

Hi Grant, just set the Logo Tint and the two Logo Texture Parameters to 0. You find these parameters in the Effect Controls Panel, when you select the “Controls” Layer in the Output Comp.
