Does this package need AE or there are pre-rendered videos ready to be dropped in a video editing software?
no need for after effects any video editing soft will do the job !

hello martin i purchased the transitions pack but im new to video compositing, im using premiere pro there is no tutorial with this pack , unlike other ones how do i use the transitions between clips? Is there a way of addig them to my existing transitions in the transitions pallet in premiere thanks
Hi there this file is in section Motion Graphics,so thats why the file doesn’t come with help file,but it comes with AE project file – which can be handy for most AE users.In your case ,you are using Premiere pro ,so its very easy to use these again.First add your media(video or picture) in timeline,then add second media in the timeline ,and import your film burn transition in premiere pro,change the blend mode to screen or add,and place the film burn footage right in the middle of your two medias,and you should get the effect.

can these effects be imported for use in final cut pro?
Yes,they can, there will be no problem works great on all editing softs.
Does this include any pre-rendered quicktime/png with alpha channels so that it can be directly dropped in to a final cut project?
Hi there;
firstly there is no alpha channel,but you can use any other blend modes and im sure you will get what you were looking for instance Lighten mode ,or add screen,color burn etc …works great and there is a lot of useful film burns !
