Actually I have purchased 4 FILES from this site! All with similar problims, graphucs broken in text and picture. I am trying to get customer help for this..i have tried emailing but got told i have the wrong area. I have already spent $40 here, so plesse dont question me like i am a pirate

where exactly do i find textures folder? I have the same problem with 63 files missing. I am realitively new to this so I have no idea on the panels where to find it.
Considering you have not purchased this file… I might want to ask why do you have this project file in the first place?!
I liked this template and it was very helpful; however, i couldn’t decipher how to “slow down” the transitions from one page to the next. What I mean is, when moving certain tracks and effects up and down the timeline by 2-5 seconds or so, some of the elements that were timed to align with those tracks could still be seen. And I couldn’t see or edit the track that these “mystery elements” were on so I ultimately had to stick with the allotted time for each “quote”, which in many cases came and went too quickly for the viewer to read. Bottom line, a beautiful presentation but not as user-friendly as I’d have preferred. 3 stars.
Pretty Easy fix for that. Just click the “shy guy” icon in the timeline and you will be able to see the “mystery items” also you probably will need to unlock the layer by clicking the “unlock” button on the left in the timeline for each layer you plan to move. Hopefully this helps you in the future.
I seem to be having a problem with this can you help me? I opened it and it says “After Effects: this project must be converted from Version 8.0.2 (Macintosh Intel) and will open as an untitled project. Standard Definition pixel aspect ratios will be updated for compatibility and improved accuracy. The orginal file will be unchanged.” after that I click ok and it says 14 files aren’t working. All this different stuff haha Im working this on a PC anything you do to help? Thank you.
This is not a problem… all it is telling you is that I created this project in After Effects CS3 and you must have a newer version. So that is not a problem but the 14 files are not working just means that the background images need to be relinked. In after effects go to the project folder called textures and click on the first file in the folder. Now when browsing for the file just link it to the same texture file that came with the project…. the folder should be called “(Footage)” and in that folder should be a folder called “textures”. There you will find the photo you need to link to.
