Hi! try unzip with other application. The help file is call “TIMEUNDERLINE.pdf”. The missing files maybe cause by the wrong AE version. Just relink one file and the others automatically will be reconnected.
Additionally can you please tell me how to remove the drop shadow from the template signs? I’m not sure how long it normally takes to respond to peoples questions, but normally its been much faster for me with other others.
Hi! In every Sign template theres a layer call “shadow” just uncheck the visibility and you are good to go. Thank you very much for your patience.
I appreciate your response but I can’t seem to find the layer you are referring to. I am in Templates/Signs/Right Sign 09 and find no layer called “Shadow”.
There’s a button call “shy” that is on. It hides all the layers that you dont need to see to edit the sign template. Select one layer on the composition and then go to and select “Layer/Switches/shy” option. After you uncheck the “shy” button just go to the Shadow layer and edit. Keep the good work.

Im having trouble with your template. I installed the font you linked too but I still get an error that font is not loading correctly. Additionally when I make changes on text in some sign comps the text does not update correctly. Any help on this would be great. Thanks
Hi! the font was tested in Adobe AE CS4 on MAC OS and it works just fine. However, Its possible that if you change the version or the Operating System it may cause problems. Try a similar font. When you duplicate a Sign comp be assure you follow all the instructions. Its very important.
