This is the poorest template I’ve purchased from VideoHive. The render time is absolutely ridiculous, even on my new extremely powerful Mac Pro, absolutely terrible render times.
Thanks for your comment, I do not know the specifications you have in your new Mac Pro, previously I have helped another buyer to improve the render time by modifying some parameters within After Effects, also I can send you the previous version of my template, it is much faster render, but not is in FullHD, you can contact me in my profile page, so that I can give you a better help!

Does my image have to be certain format to be used with your template, especially with making the engraving stuff? (vector, png etc.)
Your logo needs to be in any format that preserves transparency (PNG, AI, PSD, TIFF, etc.)

Hi, it worked but the glasseye, which is a part of my logo, looks really bad. It´s a great template, but how can I make the glasseye in my logo also look good.

I’m putting together the 8 second rendering and dropped my logo in and put a JP background of grass. When the logo reduces to the center of the screen, the highlight lighting effect shrinks with it but does not mask with the logo so you see a rectangle of highlight around the logo. I need to highlight to mask with the logo as it moves and twists, and shrinks. Does that makes sense?

You answered my question in email perfectly. It was a ‘background’ field that is somewhat buried in the ‘Stuff/mezcal/’ folder. Once I made that alt, everything came out excellent. Thanks so much!

Hey there, great 3D logo spin. Question: How can I put a background image in there? Do I render it without a background and bring into another AE file or can I put a 1920×1080 JPG background in there and render with it?

template is really nice, but the rendertime is horroble. 
51 sec for 1 frame. thats the rendertime of a real 3D object 
i use quadcore 2,7hhz and 8gb ram
or do u use different render settings / after effects ram gb settings?

Darn, i Tried 6 different logos and they all turn out awful. Automatic one does not work well. But i had to know. Now i do. If you don’t have time to photoshop pick a different project my advice.

muko if i buy this if i coulden’t do it will i get help ? coz after i bought one no body helepd me . i like when your logo just replace it in adobe afeter efect but if it nead some thing to do other layer in photoshope it will be hard for me
This template contains two options, the first option is the automatic file, you just have to put your logo in After Effects, and the template automatically split the layers, you do not need any other program.
If you do not like the distribution of the layers, you can split the layers previously with another program and use the second option, which is manual.
