The plugin Motion Factory Classic no longer works in AE2024 and AE 2025. The button “Login to Pixflow” does nothing when clicked which means the plugin won’t login/work. Can support advise on this?

Hi there, this has been very difficult to install. I followed the guide pdf file from downloaded file. But none of the links in that pdf works. Then I installed three plugins: “Motion Factory Templates”, “Motion Factory File Manager”, “Motion Factory Classic”.
“Motion Factory Templates” – has no any option to import downloaded .mfg files. “Motion Factory File Manager” – Asking for sign in, but I signed in with google on the website, this plugin has no “Sign in with google” option “Motion Factory Classic” – I thought this is what I need, because it had import option. But when I import .mfg files, it shows file “installing done”, but I don’t see any imported files.
Is there any working guide ?

In after effect 2025 these hud do not work, I installed the files in Motion Factory Classic as per the instructions in the downloaded files and nothing happens. The files appear to install but nothing appears. In earlier versions of after effect or some time ago anyway they worked.

I’m undable to install Quantum library. I use AAE 2024 + newsest motion factory. When I drag and drop .mfg files it takes some time and nothing happens.

Pixflow, I’ve had install issues and thought it fully installed but it did not because there are missing assets. When I select any of the circle animations, there are missing assets. So I took a ton of time to install all 52 items one at a time to find that “quantum-pack03.mfg” and “quantum-pack10.mfg” are not installing. AE just hangs. Unfortunately for me, I need one of those circle animations for an animation that I need to modify for a client and the missing assets are in one of these files. This is extremely frustrating to have wasted so much time and still unable to make these revisions for my client.
To those who are having installation problems, especially those who experience AE freezing up and getting stuck on the screen that says “2 of 52”, it’s probably installed and able to be used. Quit AE and relaunch it. The Motion Factory Classic UI is so terrible, it took a lot of poking around before I figured out that you click in the Actionfx Builder “header” inside the Motion Factory Classic extension to toggle between the different Motion Factory plugins. Click that and you’ll see the Hitech Builder. Click it and you’re good to go.
Pixflow, if you’re reading this, please fix the UI. Currently, you can’t scale the box out and are stuck with only being able to view six effects at a time. This is atrocious.

What??? Your link says “HiTech premium version has a different installer than the free version…” So when I click that, it takes me to the Envato download which, when downloaded, has no ZXP file. I feel like I’m in the Twilight Zone here like either I’m completely missing something obvious or your customer service is deeply flawed.
So I installed the free version with ZXP just to see what would happen and the HiTech Builder panel in AE is completely empty. Seriously, this is messed up.

Hi there, It depends on the item you choose. if you can see the layers at first find it then apply gradient if you cannot see the layers please use shy layer to see hidden layers then select the layer you want to gradient apply. (Please turn off any expression for color on the item you choose then you can apply your effects)
Can I easily place elements on any footage and mix them togheter, and change light & glow like in Cyberpunk HUD Pack?
Hi there, you can easily mix them together and you can set glow by using the glow layer style or using glow effect.

I purchased your product, installed Motion Factory plug in on the latest version of After Effects on my MacBook Pro. None of the animations are available through the plugin. I’ve tried several of the trouble shooting suggestions and still nothing.

Hey, Motion Factory Classic does not work or open in AE 17.5, latest version Windows 10. Please issue a refund for purchase.

Issues are NOT solved. Registry fix setting DebugPlayerMode1 got the Extension Window to open in AE. BUT now cannot Login or SignUp just gives server unavailable error. Your IPC tool says there is a server connection. What is the fix, your link doesn’t suggest anything further?
AE allow scripts to access network checkbox in preferences is checked.
Also where are the Presentation trailers files (2 HUD Trailer) AE Project files, they are NOT in the download.
And somebody above has written that the download is lacking these files months ago. Beginning to think you are trying to Scam people.

Great, we are in, that solves problem 1. But where are the AE Project files? And why are they not in the downloaded, when somebody else has told you they are missing months ago?
