Hi, I emailed a few days ago, not sure if you’ve seen, but when I try to open RTFX on AE2025-2026, the RTFX window is blank, no products, no preview and when I try to add a pack, nothing happens. Is there a fix for this? Worked on older computer.

I’d like to ask one more thing — I’m planning to use your effects in a game project, but I do not use After Effects. Is it possible to receive the data (such as PNG sequences or GIF files) without using AE? I’m looking for a way to access the visual assets directly, preferably with transparency preserved.
Please let me know if there’s any way to do this or if you offer a version of the assets in a more accessible format.

Hello! Just purchased and installed the kit including the AE extension. I can open the extension window in AE with the RTFX pack but all is empty? Also the window where you enter the activation code never pops up, what can I do?

If your budget is limited and you are not sure which package to choose, I recommend the After Effects version of RTFX Generator. It is still considered our biggest and most powerful 2D FX package.
