Sorry to hear about that , as it’s mentioned on the product information you need to have older version of software to use this package as it’s not updated for new versions , if you can not use that older version please submit a refund request.

Hello there , if you mean comp ratio ( as sequences are in Premiere and this project is on AE ) the ratio is already 16:9 ( HD ) and if you change it to 1:1 some details will be cropped you can watch following video for more information https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7S3T5-vshS4

Hi, basically there is no way to crop the photos in the template, As You know this product is a template based and we fixed these sizes. as for the second question, the size of page comps are (1416*2001 pixel).

is this with a drop folder where you just drop the pictures and it works? How many pictures can you put maximum

No, you have to open each image holder composition and change the pictures. About 120 pics, and you can find every picture position by Its number.

Just picked up this awesome template. New to AE but so far figured out most of what I need to customize.
I am stuck with one thing.
My imported JPEGS look stunning (ICC embedded) in the preview render for the individual compositions…
but when I go to preview the FULL PROJECT… the photo colours are all washed out in some “vintage” style of saturation reduction or mask of some sort.
How do I KEEP my vivid colour in my photos when I go to render?

In “FULL HD” composition, turn off the fx switches of layer “1”,”47” (Grid 01 pics, Grid 02 Pics).
