And at what point do you get this error? Right during the opening of the script itself?

i open Terrain_Builder_Element.aep and get the message when I run the script
The archive contains a guide where you should install the files. Then you should just run the script in an empty project.
I followed the guide. Runing the script on an empty project happens the same

However, for none of the 3 reasons listed above, whoever purchased the script is at fault, WHICH MUST WORK (CONTINUOUSLY, NOT EVERY TIME) otherwise please indicate the methods for requesting a refund!!!! FOR THE COMPLAINT I MAKE IT MYSELF

Purchased on August 30, 2023, this is already the third time this has happened….... When I click Generate Terrain after importing the Color and Height map, a website opens but the button to download the .obj file is not displayed. I did a bit of research and discovered that the spaceweb site is no longer available !!!!!!!!!!! How come??? BUT WHY DOES IT CONTINUE TO NOT WORK LIKE THIS FROM TIME TO TIME? If it continues to work like this or rather MALFUNCTION like this I intend to open a dispute with Vidohive and ask for a refund of the amount paid…It’s not possible!!! We need to give ourselves some thought, if this script is working it’s fine but if it’s NOT working I think a REFUND is right!!!! Can’t you just constantly send notes that don’t work now? What is the problem?

I wrote to the help (support) email adress. No answer. Problem: When I Import a GPX path the Pin isn’t connected to the path. How can I correct the path of the Pin. The scale of the path doesn’t seem to affect the path of the pin. Thanks for the help.

Hi, I just purchased TB Element and I’m going through the steps to generate a terrain, but when I click the web engine button, it does not take me to the 3D model generator page. It takes me to terrainbuilder.ru but it is displaying a spaceweb page. I translated the page and it says:

Hi there, running into an issue here. When attempting to run script, After Effects gives the following message. “Unable to execute script at line 163. Invalid image data.” Any ideas on how to correct the issue or what may be causing it? Thanks so much.
In After Effects go to Edit – Preferences – Scripting – enable the option “Allow Scripts to write files…”
Thanks so much for your quick response. I’ve actually already enabled that option, and have tried trouble shooting within the application scripting settings with no success.
And what is your operating system and version of After Effects?

I am unfortunately having a few more issues. This is when it comes to using C4D to do the Generate Terrain. I save the AE project and click on the C4D button the script opens C4D but its still flat and not 3D in C4D. This is C4D 2023.
When I use a mask after that to make a shape then bring it back to AE and click scene setup and add it to element 3D the preview is all messed up and doesn’t show me a preview of the land how it does in your tutorials. I am wondering what I can do to fix this. Let me know if you’d like a video or something.

In Adobe After Effects 2021 when I launch the project it says its missing elements and the Effect Control settings is all messed up and everything has the word “Missing” in front of it. Why is this?

So, I’ve tried to install TB Element on another computer with similar OS/AEF/E3D configuration, and I got the same error message.
The only difference with the “Instalation_Gide.pdf” (by the way, it should be “Installation_Guide.pdf”is that with Monterey there is no Library at user level (Macintosh HD/Users/YourName/Library/Application Support), but only at the top Computer level (Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support) or at Shared level (Macintosh HD/Users/Shared/Library/Application Support). So I tried both locations, same error message.
