Hi mate! (Privet)

I have no experience in AE, however, I have amended the file and almost have the necessary output, the only thing I struggle with is the speed of video flow. Is it possible to make either the words or boxes “stop” or “pause” for a sec after they have appeared?

If I don’t do that, the whole video will be still great, but will make no sense to the viewer… IT all leaps fast forward. Too fast, I need to make an impression of value of the advertised goods, rather than make an impression of the video itself
