Hi, I have an error message when I try to customise that says “customizer layer not found”. Also, I see that there are no markers on the layers. What can I do ? Thanks

Hi Nixstudioedition, I bought this product today and not able to use it. Getting “After Effect Warning: 70 files are missing since you last saved this project” I am getting this while I am trying to apply an arrow on to my project. Please get this fixed or else issue a refund.

Update is ready, re-download the package after 11.04.2024 (as soon as it available on videohive). If your have any troubles send me a message. I’ll try to notify it with e-mail.
Still same thing. Seems like it is referencing to your computer. You should do this to check the issue, download this on another computer, maybe of your friend and you will see the issue of missing files. At this point this is useless for me. Hope you fix it soon, else I will request a refund.
We have checked this on several computers, and it should work after updating to version 11.0.4.24. Simply replace the .aep files in your folder with the new ones. For reference, please let us know which elements you are selecting and how you are doing so. Send us a message through the profile page.
Let me uninstall reinstall Ae and revert.

That’s really strange. Today, we will address this issue with the team to determine why the project file is not relinking files. In order to stay in touch quickly and address all questions, I suggest communicating via the profile page rather than through thread comments.

I bought the hand-drawn builder, but it doesn’t work, it says that since the package was installed, several files are missing and none of them open. Can you help me? I tried to attach the prints, but I didn’t see where to attach them!

Hi! There is a problem with the pack. The constructor aep files points to incorrect file paths for which everytime I apply an item it shows X number of missing files error.
I have currently fixed it by manually opening each aep files and connecting it back to the files.
But I hope you fix this in the download of this release. It may cause others frustrating problems.
