I have a problem with Transition Library… when i download package i install it, i have all in preview, but when i click Apply this message show me: Can’t find preset pack ’/Zoom In/Zoom In.aep” in folder: /Users/ilijavignjevic/Documents/AE-10-2025/NITRO ZONE/videohive-tyASkOIF-transitions-library-brand-new-transitions/Transition Library Folder is EMPTY… I try to download a few time, but still same error… Any solution to resolve that? I have AE 2026 last update…

Hi! You added this to Envato Elements, but the upload is missing the .aep files and I get an error when applying any transition. The error says “can’t find preset pack “aep file name” in folder”. I re-downloaded it and I get the same error. I went inside those specific folders and there is no aep file, indeed.

I don’t want to wish you a good day at all, quite the opposite. The archive you offer to download is incomplete, errors occur during installation, the support service does not want to respond at all. Status is not 200ok. No idea what this means but this is the millionth time having re-installment problems and worse is that your send message button on your website is a dud. This is holding up our workflow and these transitions may have become more of a pain than an asset.

New update cleared it out for me again and is not reading it when I re-install. Prompted:

11 Error: After Effects Error. Could not convert unicode characters.

Is there a more updated version of these transitions that I wouldn’t have to constantly re-install?
