But now you can change or delete it

Now there’s an issue with the text. I have deleted all the text in the essential graphics palette and it’s still showing the first few panels of text (but not the last half). Also this version is one minute and the original I downloaded is 1 minutes and 25 seconds. Please fix these issues

I have to show this on Wednesday

Don’t really care about the time/length, just need to be able to remove the text

Sorry for late reply but first off all I have no problems on my side. All working well. And second – now its seems like a support. You have no support if you bought it on Envato Elements. Read the rules.

Sorry to hear that but your product is not working correctly so that doesn’t seem like support. I deleted all the text in the essential graphics and it does not delete from the project. Is that support or a an error? Please clarify
