Hello! I just purchased and love it – I only have one question / request – None of the brushy transition /movs will load – I get the error of ‘this compression type not supported or damaged Moov’. This is incredibly dissapointing – can you send me 4 these files so that they work? Thx.
Hello! Thank you for your purchase and your feedback. All the transitions were rendered in the GoPro codec with an Alpha channel. Most of the video players will fail to open it. But you can put these files on a timeline inside After Effects or Premiere and it will work. Let me know if you have any problems with it.
So…Neither After effects nor Media Encoder would not let me import them at all. And I’m on a M1 mac that runs Ventura. I was able to use an older mac to convert them via an older version of media encoder to Pro res 4444, but it was a pain. I would highly suggest delivering these files in a different codec, as it was hours of extra troubleshooting for me.
So sorry about that. Maybe it’s somehow connected to the Mac OS. I’ll re-upload these transitions in a different codec.

Lovely video!! Although I could NOT get it to render as a whole. I left it all night, tried different settings, etc. Then I tried to do as I believe the creator suggested, by trying to render the sections with just the changed text to overlay on the sample video. I couldn’t get that to work for me either. What ended up working was rendering each of the 11 segments separately (from AE not using Media Encoder, it wouldn’t work for some reason that way) and replacing each segment with the rendered video. Make sure you render with alpha. It still took a very long time, but I eventually got it put together after spending hours on it. Also, I had an issue with the Cave Far Shot segment, something wasn’t set right with a brushes asset, but I just snagged a different one from another segment since it was a background layer. Hope this helps anyone using this file!
Thank you for purchasing this project and for pointing out some problems, and giving possible solutions to anyone who is encountering similar challenges. It is indeed a render-wise heavy project because all of the layers are customizable. And I agree that Media Encoder is not the best with heavy AE renders. I use it only for Premier sequences.

Hello. Thank you for buying my template! I just checked both AE projects and found out that the CS6 version has a couple of bugs. They are fixed right now and you can use the CS6 file to render the animation. But I would recommend you use the CC project file if you can. This will be faster and with fewer bugs. Thank you. I tried to open the CC project but I’m getting an error message “the source compression is not supported ( 86::1 )
Also, when I tried to render the CC project I was getting 1 footages are missing to render… I think the CC project version also has several bugs on it.
I guess my only option is the CS6 file but this would take forever to render. How long will the render take?
Rendering is set to 24 hours on CS6. Can you please advise? Thank you

No problem. And yes AE CC 2022 will work with this project. Also, I am going to update this pack with the clean no-title render as an option. So it will be much faster to render. Cause now you have all of the layers editable which makes rendering harder.
Is it normal for it to take 6-8 hours for the video to render? I have the latest Ae and I’m using an iMac Pro. If not, any recommendations to speed up the process?

Thank you for your purchase! I decided to give the opportunity to change everything in the animation. That’s why it’s so heavy. All of those brush transitions are pre-rendered in order to save your time. But still it takes so long to calculate all of the layers. I have 4-5 hours of render which is pretty long.
My advice. If you want to speed up the process you could render only the scenes that you want to change and then drop them on the top of the rendered layer on Premiere’s timeline.
