I’m getting error messages when opening it in After Effects… I downloaded the zip file twice… same error. I also made sure I’m operating the latest edition of AE… didn’t seem to make a difference. This hasn’t happened with any of our other videohive.net purchases.
Please help asap.
Error 1: “After Effects error: Source file has no importable streams. Please check that it is a valid video/audio file.” (86 :: 1)
Error 2: “After Effects Error: file ‘Scene1.mov’ cannot be imported—this ’.mov’ file is damaged or unsupported.”

Thank you for your purchase. Unfortunately, it seems it is a know issue with the latest After Effects CC version, as support for a lot of QuickTime stuff has been removed and After Effects nor Premier will import several QT files. Hopefully they will fix this soon. In the meantime, could you please first try this solution and if it still doesn’t work, try to open the project in AE CS 5.5 It should work fine, without any problems. Please let me know how it works. Thank you.

Thank you for your purchase. You just have to replace “Sound track” layer with the music you purchased. It will be updated in the main composition and you can make your output with sound from one of the four ready to render compositions. Hello how do I get the last year sound to include with the video? Its not happening. I bought the audiojungle track etc.
Purchased downloaded, and AE said it needed to convert the files to a new format to work with AE CC. Now the MOV files included cannot be imported? So I have missing files in the comp really need this to be working

Thank you for your purchase. Regarding the conversion message, nothing to worry about. You’ll get that message any time you open an AE project that was created in a previous version. If the movie files can’t be open in AE, most probably it is a Quicktime issue, and you just need to install the Quick Time drivers. If the files are just missing, it’s probably due to the change of location of the project. Easy way is to right click on one missing file and click replace file, then locate the file in the folder on your hard drive. Once one missing file is located then After Effects will automatically find the rest of the missing files.

Any idea why YouTube would flag a video that includes this project as a royalty issue with “30secs newyear promo”, visual content administered by: RajTV?
YouTube has a weird flag system. Most probably, RajTV purchased the project from us and they claimed the video. They aren’t the copyright owners. I will file a dispute.

Great Vid! I am getting a lot of errors stating unsupported or corrupt files. I have re-downloaded and getting the same errors.

Thank you for your purchase! Most probably it has something to do with Quicktime, or a missing codec. Could you please try to open the project in the trial version of AE CC (https://creative.adobe.com/products/aftereffects). It includes all of the codecs, and the project should be opened without any errors. Please let me know how it works. Also, make sure you have the latest updates to Quicktime.

Hi,
Thank you for your purchase! This happens when a project that was created in a system (Windows) is opened on another system (Mac) and output is defined in the render queue. To solve this issue, just edit the output module and choose another format before rendering. I’d recommend to render first as TGA/PNG sequence, then make the final output to Quicktime. I usually do this, because if the render stops for any reason, you can restart the render from the frame it stops and you don’t loose anything.
