Ok I need to resolve this if you cant help me them Im calling Amex for a refund. I told you exactly where i got stuck. can you please explain to me what I need to do after I get the screen (blue and Red banner) Please help thank you

Hi I just installed the software and got to the point where i opened after effects and went to windows and opened extensions . then i got an atomX window ( Blue and Red banner) and says Get started. I went to the video but I dont understand.
Would have helped tremendously if you spoke during the video. Very confusing. Please what do I do from here?

BTW I have purchased other templates using After Effects. So this is not my first time using After Effects. I just spent 49 dollars on this product I think the least you can do is send me a step by step explanation on installing. I read your PDF but it falls short of a full explanation. If the tutorial was spoken it would avoid all these issues.

I just got this package and when I try to apply some of the text preset it says “missing item” it’s with the asian themed ones
Hi, Please check and make sure that packages are not saved in parent folders that contain special characters.
