Unfortunately, no. There are necessary transparent passes in AE file and you could achieve that if you know what you’re doing.

I don’t know much about exporting to json, but from my limited experience with it I would guess no. Most of this is pre-rendered video files and compositing.

It actually has nothing to do with UV maps. I do my 3D in blender, and it comes with “export to AE script” plugin. What I did here is that I made each side of the dice have an empty object parented to it, and I exported the scene (empty objects, and camera) to AE via that script. then I just parented placeholder comps to those null layers and implemented some masking so that faces facing away from camera are not visible. That’s it. A bit overly elaborate, but I found that there’s no easy way going from 3D render to editable AE template I hope this helps.
