Davinci 19 doesn’t recognize the archive when I try to restore the archive according to your tips in the videohelp. The message I get is: “Selected path doesn’t seem to be a project archive” I am so disappointed because I really love the opener. If you know what I can do to meke it work, please let me know, If you don’t know how to help me please send me my money back Best regards

I did it, but Davinci is looking for *.dra file, but in the directory there is a *.drp file ….

you don’t need to select the *.drp file. You need to select the “Fashion Opener.dra” folder and then click the “open” button. Please watch the video tutorial carefully from the 10th second

Thank you so much !!!! I must have done something in a wrong way !!! Now it works :) Thanks a lot for a great asset and a superb assistance ! :)

All I see are the light leaks layer and none of the other content I placed in the Placeholder clips. What am I missing?

The black screen error is most likely caused by the fact that you do not have the font used in the template installed. I’m sure once you install it the problem will go away. Or you can change the font to a different one (see video tutorial 1:35). Font link https://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts/montserrat

If this does not help, please email me joeproduction2015@gmail.com Describe your problem in detail. And attach screenshots showing the problem.

fonts have been adjusted, but still not seeing any of the placeholder assets. I’ll email you with screen shots

Nevermind. I restarted the app and it works now

I have Davinci Studio, GeForce NVidia 2060Super card, i9 processor, 32GB RAM. Rendering the project with your opener shows me that the render will take 3 days, which is 78 hours. Rendering a 24 second opener is supposed to take 78 hours? What is this? I see someone had a similar problem with your opener.

Hello. Thank you for your purchase.

As I answered earlier, I tested the template on 3 computers. Rendering takes from 2.5 minutes (on the fastest PC) to 30 minutes (on the weakest laptop with an integrated graphics card).

The problem is definitely not in the template.

If you want I can render your project on my PC. Email me joeproduction2015@gmail.com

Problem solved. Previously, I added videos in 4K and FHD. Now I only added FHD. Now I have uploaded videos to Bin Media and not to Bin Video as before.

I’m glad the problem is resolved. Thanks for the reply.

Thank you]

I’m having a problem rendering. full projects typically render in 4k in about 3-10mins. this 1080 project is taking hours to render on davinci resolve 18. Also how can i get it in 24 frames per second instead of 25?

About 24 fps. There is no way to change fps in an existing timeline. But you can create a new 24 fps timeline and put the Opener timeline there. Then you can render it as a 24 fps video.

If you have any questions please email me joeproduction2015@gmail.com

I am having an issue; when I add my content into the PH, they are not showing up in the master opener timeline. Not sure what the issue is, can you help?
