Normally this issue is related to writing permission on the folder you keep the project files. You can try to move the project files to a folder that has read/write permission like document folder.

Also having a problem with copying and pasting co ordinates. When I click download map images I receive an error ’’Error while checking project location Type error: undefined is not an object at line: 193. Any help would be appreciated

Hello, Did you modify the Frozen audio in any way to get the hits in the right place? When I open the preview video and compare the frozen audio that I purchased they do not perfectly sync. Especially, the impact sound in scene 1 right before the Analyzing animation.

I see the music file comps, but when I open the comp there’s nothing in it. Do I have to import my own frozen music into these comps? If so, the Frozen music I purchased does not have the individual IMPACT, AMBIENT, and SWOOSHES sounds.
