Lower the playback resolution: When working with complex mogrt files, the playback resolution can impact the overall performance. You can lower the playback resolution to improve performance by clicking on the playback resolution dropdown in the program monitor and selecting a lower resolution.

Optimize your photo (better performance if you will use a photo with FullHD resolution);

Use proxies for your video: To create proxies, right-click on your footage in the project panel and select “Proxy > Create Proxies.”;

Update your software: Make sure you have the latest version of Premiere Pro installed;
