I cannot activate this extension, no prompt appears for activation code during install, no way to add it otherwise and just prompts to ‘Get full version’ which is just a web link. I have tried re-downloading & re-installing everything multiple times as outlined in help + restarting and re-intalling everything, same result. Need help ASAP.
Inside the archive you can see the tutorial video and help file .pdf. At which point do you have an issue? Make sure you have done everything as shown
Yes, I have followed steps in video tutorial, then removed everything and re-tried multiple times. At second 47 of tutorial video you get a ‘pack activation prompt popup, I don’t get that prompt, it just installs an un-activated version.
Verification and code entry is disabled by me, this installation point is no longer valid. I have everything working, open the pdf help file and follow the points by skipping where you need to enter the code
I don’t really understand some of that I’m afraid, but I have once again uninstalled ZXP installer and then followed the steps in the help document. I end up same as before, being able to see all of the options for ‘Pretty Sweet’ within the FX monster extension from within After Effects, but it still says ‘Get full version’ in yellow on the left hand toolbar, and if I try to add anything from the pack then I get a popup asking me to buy it.
‘Get full version’ button does not have the ability to disable but all functions will work with the correct installation sequence
This never works, always locks everything and there is no way to enter my purchase code. Even if I enter it, there is trouble next time.
You need to reinstall the extension, download the actual version of the pack
I did all this and now I have the same thing again: buy full version..

This package is a very good tool for those of us who use after and premier, but I updated and I see that they removed almost everything from my package and the aids that I used the most are no longer there… I would like to know what happened??? I was one of the first to buy this wonderful aid. I hope you help me to be able to access what I had when you buy this tool. Thank you and happy day
When I bought this it worked for both after effects and premiere, now it only works for AE and I use Premiere. How can I download the latest version and make it work in premiere?

i just purchased the pretty sweet plugin, but its not activating, it just hangs when I try to. Any help would be appreciated.
this plugin should be removed if the authors wont help getting it activated. I’m going to request a refund in a couple days

Hello so today I bought the Pretty Sweet package, and I was doing the steps to install it but when I was in the activation Pack step.. and I copied the purchased code and hit activate nothing happens it keep stuck and I hit multiple times the activate button but the activation process doesn’t continue… I don’t know what I’m missing I’m currently using after effects 2019, I will appreciate your help with this issue thanks in advance..

Hi I bought a pretty sweet pack a few days ago from videohive . The first day I used it in after effects without any problem, but since then the panel is stuck every time I am trying to load the package. I tried several times to reinstall it, but without success. See the screenshot underneath.

Try to reload extension and reset all settings, then activate the project again. If this still does not work please send me a screenshot with your error by mail fxmanimation@gmail.com

i have bought this item. But my AE version is 18.2.1, it is support? Coz i cant work on AE.
In the backgrounds section there is gradient, texture, pattern, simple, and animated. However you guys showed there was a glitter/sparkle background mov but Im not seeing it and I really need it.

yes i bought it. the only thing that came empty was textures2. I checked everywhere, I checked the pre-rendered, and the compositions (its not even showing in the compositions), but the glitter texture isnt there.
