I am having a similar issue as the one described above. None of the desktop models working. When I add a Desktop 27 or Desktop 24 to a comp nothing appears. I am using After Effects 2023
Looks like a model installation issue or the absence of Element 3d plugin. If the your case is the model installation check the included dedicated video tutorial “model installation” additionally select the E3D layer -> go to the E3D effect -> enter the E3D UI, this is a way to fix a buggy installation.
Ah. Thank you so much! Once I was in the E3D UI was able to replace the Desktop model that was not working with the Desktop 27 model. It works great now!
I have a super annoying bug…When I send comp to media encoder it renders out white/static noise everywhere where I used the models and your comps.
I change it to Render Queue within AE and it comes out fine as a JPG sequence, any reports on this?
I am really sorry to hear that! Looks like a media encoder bug I suppose -> hardware/media encoder incompatibility (maybe). It’s not a template fault. Maybe changing minor parameters will help: for example update AE version or go back a couple of versions, update E3D plugin, update the GPU drivers. Unfortunately I cant help you.

Hello! All of the devices are working except for the desktops
What’s the problem?
When I click on the Desktop Template nothing apppears (blank Screen) when I playback on the timeline. It works fine with the smartphones and tablests.
Looks like there is a model installation issue. Weird but E3D is really tricky 
Lets try something: So to desktop scene-> select the E3D layer -> go to E3D effect controls menu (not in timeline) -> select “Scene Setup” -> select OK (top right -> close the E3D -> Let me know if Desktop appear!
tried that. Still not working and upon further inspection of the tables I can’t see the table opject either. I’m seeing the placeholder for the image and the pen stylus but not the outline of the tablet around the placeholder.

After downloading the .zip, I keep getting the error “The archive is corrupt” from Winrar in reference to “Real_3D_Mockups.zxp”. So I cannot install that. Can you please send me the .zxp separately? Everything else downloaded fine.
Nevermind. I used 7zip to extract that file so I’m all good.
