Can a title be placed on the cover, easily? Can the table surface texture be changed easily? Can the book color be changed easily?
You can change the book color just by applying a HUE/SATURATION texture to it. The table surface can’t be changed easily. The cover can be changed to whatever you want on it.

Because that is the way I decided to sell the file. If you wanted the alpha channel you would need to buy the more expensive file. Sorry.
