Hi Nixstudio, I’m using the collage extension with Mac computer, AE 2024 in language Chinese. I can successfully install and open the extension in AE, however i can’t apply any clips since AE report the error “can not transfer unicode character”. Could you help me to fix it? Thank you so much!

Hello, I just recently purchased Collage Kit Constructor. Fun to play and very creative. However, I’ve been unable to activate the customizer when I click on a layer. “It says customizer layer not found”. Also, in the category “Other” Item #3 says “missing item not found” which is the dinosaur. Please help with your ideas and suggestions. Thank you very much!

Hi I needed help, Im trying to convert zxp file but it wont work, it either says its not compatible or it has not installed. Also the help pdf files wont open too, I have a mac. Also when I open the project file it says unavailable to import file ( bad format or not readable).

I might be missing something, but the drag and drop option to use your own images isn’t clear to me. I haven’t seen any instruction manual on this process within the files or anywhere externally. Can you point me to this information specifically?
