I opens it in CC.but working with the project is very hard.it crash sometimes.
I think if you use simple H264 mp4 format for your 3D renders the project may dont has this problems.
Yes, it happens when you open CS4 or CS5 projects with CS6 or CC. Usually, updating the software solves the problem. Let me know if I that works. Assalamu alaikum.

But.. I’m also experiencing the problem with the audio. It just stops at 1:15 and I’m missing the two top layers (as seen in your tutorial). I’ve bought the audio file as well but missing the last part. Is it possible that you send me the audio file rendered from the project? So only the exact audio file I need for this particular project? Would be very much appreciated!
Have tried 5, 5.5, 6 and cc to rendered the file and it does not work.. File corrupted and should be taken down for sale…

Hello, Love the video, I rendered in 25fps at 1280×720 and the line “so come along and take a look because I want you to see” has issues. some of the letters have a gap in between them, in other word, the letter “e” for instance has a line going through the middle of it, of course it is the black background. In the same sentence b & e in “because” overlap and the scene goes away before the last letters drop. Please let me know if there is a fix, thank you!

Yes, I have been adjusting relentlessly and I almost have it right however, I have found it much worse as the words bounce up the stairs, they are very far off, I am going back and forth from “main adjust” and “text 12” panels to no avail. Here is what I just noticed, I hope you can confirm, the text on these 2 lines Text 11 and Text 12 are in lower case in the file I downloaded, in your video sample they are in UPPER CASE, is this the problem? Thank you for your prompt reply. A word for your video superlative!
Found the solution, I overlooked the FONT, lol, it is amazing, I had to change all text, double work but it looks GREAT!
I am having the same issue that others see t be having in these comments, AUDIO is endin before the video.
I purchased the audio, followed the tutorial, BUT:
You have 7 layers, I only Have FIVE.

This worked fine in AE5.5 but now that I’m in AE6 it crashes. I don’t think it’s compatible? Is is possible to update this file for AE6 since it’s really great, would be a shame not to be able to use it now?

sorry, I realise you are probably busy with other projects and life! but can you answer my question above regarding the audio track? mine doesn’t sync and doesn’t end like yours in the preview, the tutorial you have provided is just drag & drop which I have done, but yours seems to have more layers than mine?

purchased this, AE6 was crashing when I opened it, but like others said when I did an update it was ok to open but Audio doesn’t sync as others have mentioned, was this resolved? or can you give me any advice?
I watched the tutorial but as previous comments say, my comp only has four layers, the one in your tutorial video has more?

really like this and want to buy it, reading the comments I want to be sure I can easily edit a few things it with CS6 and that purchasing the audio will sync to be like the preview.
Man, look … its composition is terrible to customize because the text are cut to their majorities. I use AE cs6, with all updates done and I think maybe some problem at the time of conversion, I do not know. I’ll sitar an example, at the time the palvras are climbing the stairs she already cut rise, the use of large masks became horrible to customize the project.
