Gorgeous. Only problem for me is it’s a bit heavy, and I can’t seem to use multiprocessing to render. Info panel displays “Incompatible effect. Multiprocessing disabled.” (AE CC 12.1 OSX). Do you know which effect might be causing this? Thanks!

pt_TextEdit simply hangs for me if I search all the Comps. It stops at 176 results if I simply search for text so I can scroll throw all the fonts used.
I also edited out the fonts used for CR in Comp 33, but can’t find the rest. It is truly annoying.
There must be more places these sorts of things can be found. My system keeps complaining about TOPSECRET and GothamNarrow Bold too.
iMac, 32GB RAM, Mountain Lion and CS6 (all latest updates). Not sure why pt_TextEdit is stopping, but all I really want is error free workflow, which means I need a list of places I can go in an edit out these comps… my project is too far down the road to be replacing it with a new .aep now.
And yes, this project is worth 6 stars even with the errors. It’s a masterpiece and it suits what I’m working on perfectly. I hope we get more openers from the drive-in movie days, they’re special, as is the focus on the hi-resolutions mattes and other goodies. This is a filmmakers paradise and a bargain at $40!

It’s in one of the frame comps. Not sure because the errors are gone. I know I turned off some of te text layers I didn’t want, so the bad font has to have been there.

I recently purchased several of your After Effects projects and as I am trying to open one in particular (Super35) I am getting an error in After Effects CS5 – ‘Camera Lens Blur’ – “This project contains 15 references to missing effects. Please install the following effects to restore these references.
Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated! I look forward to hearing from you and look forward to more of your super projects.

Hey Ivan, Thank you so much for your support and kind words! It means a ton my friend! The Camera Lens Blur is just an Adobe Bug. I built the project in CS5.5, and downgraded the project to CS5. So, when doing that, the message pops up. But you can bypass that. It’s The Camera Lens BLur Effect built in Adobe. So, go to Effect, Blur, Camera Lens Blur. All will be good. Now, the missing 15 references is puzzling me. Question, did you unzip with win zip or winrar. You want to open with win zip not winrar. But regardless, does there seem to be any files with Color Bars (missing items) in the Super35 Bundle folder?

I was wondering if you could help me, the most for sure is that I AM DOING something wrong, but I don’t know how to fix it, that is why I gently request your help, the issue is that every time I open the Project Super 35, every single time it request me a font Called GothamNarrow Bold BUT !! when I download that font, from the link provided in the pdf, the font is called “hit_the_road”, and is kind of embarrassing that when I open the project in front of my client the system requires me that font that basically I can not stop the project to request me, Is there anything I could do, Thanks in advance for any help you could provide me, by the way This template and ALL of your work is awesome I will buy Super 8 next week

Dear Phantazma guess what ? the problem is now solved, BUT !! with another method, The Problem was that maybe when you started designing SUPER 35 you chose to work with in some sections with ‘GothamNarrow-Bold’ font which I deduct it was installed in your system at the time you create S35 , this was in some of the signs you first put IN the project,
So you chose this font ‘GothamNarrow-Bold’ then you press the bar space, or the “Return” key, and this provoke that you leave some blank spaces in that spot, BUT then and later you decided to change that font to ANOTHER font, example “Hit The Road” BUT those blank spaces where still in ‘GothamNarrow-Bold’ making that when we all of us that buy Super 35 during the open process, the system request us THAT font, which in fact it is not on the pdf list, and now that font is not free font, in fact it costs $100 USD ¿so what i do?
¿How could I found those blank characters with ‘GothamNarrow-Bold’ in such a LARGE and HUGE Project?
I found this amazing Script at http://aescripts.com/pt_textedit/ and used the trial version, and voila it worked to me like charmed, this little script in CS6 reported me where exactly does blank Spaces where located at,
I removed them, in fact I found some others by my self in: Compose Folder > 1.Main.Comps > Comp.33 which in fact where not reported by the amazing script because they where located at “RETURN” BLANK Spaces, with no words in between, and everything was solved.
Fiuu !! Be Careful on living does Blank Spaces hahaha !! But you know ? I still love this beautiful template, Thats it.

Hi Caryntary, most certainly. I did list and give all the font links in the “Readme” file. So if you go to that PDF in the folder, you can click on the links to each font to download.
