Hello, Happy to help! First, make sure you have the latest update downloaded and installed. Now regarding offline audio, when this happens it is usually because the media cache has not been deleted for a while in your system, and/or Adobe Premiere preference file reset is needed in your computer.

Lets Delete your Media Cache, since this can cause audio issues in Adobe. Also, lets reset your preference file in Adobe.

A. Clear Media Cache: In Premiere Pro: Go to Preferences> Media Cache, click the Delete button next to Remove Media Cache Files.

Now close Premiere Pro. Now we will delete Preferences.

Delete Premiere Pro Preferences: Press Alt (Windows) or Option (Mac OS) while launching Premiere Pro. You can release the Alt key or Option key when the splash screen appears. Keep the Alt or Option button held down until a windows pops up and asks to “delete preference” file. Select Yes.

Unfortunately, that did not work. Sorry, but it is quite frustrating that I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the software every time the audio gets removed from a project and having to go through the project to add them again. Is that the only solution every time there is an update?

Hi, So I’m confused on why you are installing and uninstalling the software. What software are you referring to? Premiere or Premiere Pro FX?

Just so I have it correct, Audio from sounds effects is getting removed from you project? They go offline? If so, This would have nothing to do with the plug-in if that is the case. Audio would for some reason be moved or blocked in some fashion on your drive. The plug-in would not be able to remove your audio to go offline.

Do you have antivirus software running or Microsoft defender by any chance? If so, turn those off.
