Hello, the AR tools doesn´t work at all. As soon as I insert any item, i get like 50 expression errors. When I apply any project into the AR place holder, I get like duplicated items, weird shadows and a completly messed up effect. I have already reinstalled everything, used different After Effects Versions, tried different PCs but nothing solved the issue. Like this the product isnt useable at all, even though I strictly followd the instruction video. I am actually desperate and so help would be appreciated. And I am a little bit in a hurry, so I need your help as soon as possible

I bought this product but I can’t activate it, the purchase code is not valid! WTF? I cannot install this plugin through the Atom X extension because the code is not valid. Why did you indicate the wrong code? I know that you don’t offer activation codes for this product, you just sell it, but why does it tell me that I have to buy something else from another platform to be able to activate it?Why can’t I install it using the Easy Edit extension but I need another one where I can’t activate the product?
Hello! This product not works with Atom X. It have own extension – Animation Studio. You need to follow tutorials and install it

Hi sir. Yes of course you can use your own graphics. Just use AR Holders category and place any of your graphic inside that placeholders. It will be tracked with all features of course. Also for your own graphic you can use Reflection feature. It can add cool reflection for your stuff.
