How come when I import movie clips they don’t play any sound? Is this something to do with the ae file or did I miss a step somewhere? The clips alone seem to play their audio fine, it’s just when I import them into the project they magically stop.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks for the beautiful template.
Hi there! Sorry about your issue. Send me a message on my profile page and we’ll try and get to the bottom of it.

Thank you! This is the first videohive ae template (first ae template ever, actually) that I’ve purchased and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve been bombarded at work the past two months and put the grandparents Christmas gifts off to the side for far too long.
This is beautiful work. Once I finish filling it with photos of the kids it’s guaranteed to make all the folks cry. Thank you so much! Cheers!
Thanks for your lovely comments! I hope you enjoy the final product! Cheers, Mark
Thanks for posting! Glad you are happy with it…cheers, Mark
This is one of the most beautiful photo galleries I’ve seen!
Great job! How can I increase the number of photos from 42 to 65? thats how many photos I need to display. Thanks!
Thanks for comments. The easiest way is to export the project twice (with different images) and then edit together in an editing program (such as iMovie or MovieMaker). Cheers, Mark
can i use it on CS3?
Sorry, only available for CS5 and above.
Just purchased this project, great Job!! How can I increase the number of photos from 42 to fit my soundtrack?
Can I change the background to other tree? eg. x’mas tree?
The background, including the frames, is shot footage, so it is not replaceable with another tree. Cheers, Mark
Congratulations, this just looks great!
Impressive work mate, well done! Wish you more many sales
Beautiful
!
It’s just amazing!
Congratulations! Bluehatdesign !!!
Hi bluehatdesign!
Very nice proyect!!. I would like to star working on it but the tutorial is in Flash
I can not open it even with Quick Time so I wonder if you have other format for Mac!
Thanks
On the right hand side, you’ll see the box called preview. Set resolution to quarter. Click on the far right hand side icon (looks like a play symbol with 3 lines preceding it). This will preview the project but will take a while to render. Let me know the result! Cheers, Mark
Sorry, responded to wrong question! Send me a message on my profile page and we’ll sort it out! Cheers, Mark
Hi, I purchased this and it is amazing first off. The only thing that I am having issue with is the audio. I am using the 14 image template and for some reason the audio’s volume drastically lowers down right at 1:00. I’ve put songs that are 2 minutes and even cut an audio to exactly 1:30 which is how long 14 images goes and it still cuts off at 1:00. How can I keep the volume of the song throughout the slide show? Thanks!
Sorry about that! Send me a message on my profile page and we’ll sort it out. Cheers, Mark
Is the video progressive or interlaced? In other words, is it 50i or 25p? I need to know what render settings to use… Thanks!
Hi there,
Project is 25p.
Cheers, Mark
This template is a proof that success on VideoHive is not only about great idea but also about stunning execution. Great work! Simply just…absolutely great work! You deserve that sales!
Wonderful work dude !
It’s really awesome! However, is it possible to change the orientation of the placeholder like portrait to landscape and vice versa? If I can do that, is it difficult to alter? Much thanks.
Hi there,
Because the image placeholders are tracked to real footage, sadly you cannot easily manipulate the orientation. The only way to make sure the image is the right orientation is to export the project several times (with a variety of your desired images) and then edit together in a video editing program (such as imovie or moviemaker).
Cheers, Mark
please great new projects we weaite for you
