Hi,
thanks for purchasing my project.
You can change background color very easy. I’m sorry I obviously missed that part in help file.
In final composition (_1920×1080), select layer at the bottom (layer #37 – background), select it. If you don’t see effects applied on it, just hit F3 to see effects controls.
There are two fill filters applied: Fill (with white color) and Fill 2 (with black color). Just click at white color in Fill, and change it.

Do you customizing project for client or for you – it’s not important. It’s fine if you earn money for project customization.

And will be great if you can tell me the particular purpose of customization.
I think that in more than 90% cases buyers are ok with regular licence.
There is something about both licences: you can customize project only once, and that final video you can use million times – for example short intro for longer youtube video clip. But if you want to change something in project and to make new final video, you need to buy project again.

I’m not sure what happened, I’ve never seen that error before.
How you export video?
If you’re trying with file > export > qt movie, thats wrong way.
Try with composition > make movie.
And my suggestion is to export image sequence or uncompressed video at first, and than start new project, import uncompressed video (or sequence), drop it in new composition, and than go to composition > make movie, and setup quicktime render.

I export with COMPOSITION > ADD RENDER QUEUE and set h264 compression…but i can render only in 720×576 but i need export high resolution without have a heavy file, and think h264 is batter.
