After installing Motion Factory, I opened After Effects and went to Extensions > Motion Factory. A login window appeared, but I wasn’t able to sign up from there. So I went to https://pixflow.net/ and created an account. However, even after signing up, I still can’t log in through the Motion Factory panel in After Effects.
The “Forgot password” option also doesn’t work, and because of this issue, I’m unable to access the resources I purchased.
Please provide a solution so I can use the assets. Either tell me how to use Motion Factory without logging in, or help me resolve the login issue.

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. The Motion Factory File Manager plugin has a different login system from other Pixflow plugins. Please open the sign-up tab from the Motion Factory File Manager panel and set your data there. After a few seconds, open the login tab and enter the data. *Please make sure your internet connection doesn’t block any requests.
I can’t seem to get this to work with the latest version of Motion Factory on an M chip Mac. The button on the bottom doesn’t say import, it says Library but nothing happens when I click on it. Any suggestions?
Thank you for reaching out! Pixflow offers three different versions of Motion Factory. To import the assets, you’ll need to install the File Manager version. You can download the Motion Factory File Manager from here. After downloading, install it using the Aescripts ZXP Installer.

Will there be any copyright issues when I create content for my Youtube channel? Also, do I have to buy an envato membership ($49) for each month I will use this product, or can I use it as I want if I only pay $49 once?
And if I buy the $49 package, can I use it multiple times for many of my Youtube videos?
Hi there, thanks for contacting us. you just purchase it once and use it for a lifetime. If you want to use the FX Master package just for one YouTube channel, you can use it to create videos as many as you want.
Hi, first, let me say I love the look of your graphics and can’t wait to use them. I have tried to install. I downloaded Motion Factory 3.3.7.zxp and used the ZXP installer. I go into AE and see the windows - Extenstions - Motion Factory. When I pull up the window and try to follow the instructions in the Quick Installation pdf I find no import button (see step 6 in the pdf). Instead I have a moveable window that says ENJOY PLENTY GO FOR PREMIUM and has a SIGN UP or LOGIN option. Please help. Thanks.

hi, I’m using adobe cc 2018 AE and PR and i have a blank square without the option to import, tried your troubleshoot but the download file at the third step is missing, please help
Hi there, if you want to use it by Motion Factory it’s compatible with Adobe After Effect 2019 and above but if you want to import it directly to the AE, you can use it without any issue.
I can’t use it because it is for newer versions of adobe cc
Do you have a version that will work with older versions of PR or AE? otherwise I don’t have any use of this product and I’m currently working on a project that requires those kind of effects
You can import each item that you want manually to the AE without any issue.

Hi so I just bought this pack to use as VFX (since it’s a VFX pack of course) but I see no way to actually extrapolate the VFX from the videos.
They’re all just flat videos with black backgrounds, which doesn’t really make it possible to use as a VFX anywhere (not without basically redoing everything from scratch). Where can I get the layered files so I can snag the VFX and place them in our scenes??

Actually when you download FX Master package you will see “FX Master AE” and “FX Master PR” folders , in each of them you can find category folder and in each category folder you can find AEP or MOGORTs files which you can import and use in After effects or Premiere , mp4 files are just a preview and are not for editing usage
I have bought this product it worked great but after while my motion factory just show blank and I can’t see import button to import FX master, would you please help me with this issue.

So when I open motion factory, i try to import the fx master folder in after effects in the motion factory window and it doesn’t work. ( on mac btw)

Didn’t really help. My problem is that the FX master folder and Cyberpunk HUD will not pop up in the motion factory panel in after effects.

Hi there, you can extract the package and import it directly into the AE or PR. If you want to import the packages into the Motion factory panel, please let me know the version of Motion Factory and let me know the method which you’ve used for installing it.

Hello! I would like to know if these come in a PNG sequence so I can make them into spritesheets for my video game. Is that possible with this purchase?
Hi there, FX Master package just contains the AEP files and MOGRT files.
That is a shame. I really wanted this pack. You guys should consider making PNG sequences. You would sell a lot more. Most game engines don’t use AE importations.

Hi there, Just import the package by using file >> import https://prnt.sc/10t2qlb then activate essential graphics from window https://prnt.sc/10t2rfh for editing the items.
