Hello! Thanks for purchasing this product! What CC version you use? If you use CC14 or CC15 open file in CC15. If you use CC17 or higher open in CS6 and if you use version CC open file in CC version.

Yes I work with After Effect CC subscription – I opened the CC file as usual. The message is:

file format is not supported Error: 86 § 1

The file Smoke 1.avi can not be imported, avi is either damaged or not supported.

I work with a Mac Book Pro

As far as I know, avi is not supported by mac. Can you send me mail to send you project with mp4 format footage? I hope it will work!
