I purchased the ‘phone mock up’ presentation today but having real trouble rendering. The file keeps crashing. I’m in the latest version of aep.

Unfortunately my download is now unusable in After Effects 2023. Any updates on when the file types will be updated for your template so I can use this element again?
Hey. Your files are now corrupted or doesn’t work on the latest version of AE. I have used some of your screens in my showreel, but when the file it now comes up with the error “After Effects error: The source compression type is not supported. ( 86 :: 1 )”.
Not sure if I am missing a codec or something on my macbook M1 pro. I cannot even open the files, e.g. “Phone_03.mov” in QuickTime Player.
Anybody else having issues?
I have now tried everything and the issue seems to be with all the files in the folder “02.Assets” ending with .mov are damaged and doesn’t work any longer in AE. It is these that I cannot even open with QuickTime player.
Could you update these then it might work again?

What is the codec for the .mov support files? I cant open or re-encode them..
