I bought this program to use in Premiere Pro. However, I immediately found out that this was not working properly in Premiere Pro. You marked it in very fine print. I asked you for a refund, but you ignore it.

To make no mistake, check the file software at the top of the title: https://m.imgur.com/Yuo6N0p And usually, authors duplicate it on the description page.
You can request a refund here https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821460-Can-I-Get-A-Refund-. Select “Other” as your “Main reason for requesting a refund,” and in the “Describe your request” box, explain that you purchased a template that does not work in ae. When the Envato team contacts me, I’ll notify them that I agree to repay the money to you. Due to company policy, I am unable to do this personally.
