I have mac, AE 2022, ZXP installer: Installation Failed, because the extensions is not compatible with the installed applications. Can you help pls.
Hi, there, I am really sorry for inconvenience already caused! First try using different ZXP installer. Try that free one: https://aescripts.com/learn/zxp-installer/ I that dont work try a manual installation which really easy, instruction can be found in the Tutorial folder.
Is it possible to add a bow on a box?
Thats a good Christmas idea! Yes you could add a bow, but it will have some limitations! The bow would be a 2D image that means that it will look good in certain angles only, the top view for example.
Yes, I was thinking of that. But I don’t have a 3D bow or a way of making one from scratch right now, so I guess it wouldn’t work for me. Thanks for your quick response!
Hey guys, i seem to have the same problem like creashow. i can’t change the boxes sizes… When i use the box control sliders, they don’t work. Only the Y size slide moves the box reflection up and down. I have sent you an e-mail

I am really sorry you are experiencing problems! Lets try something: Go to edit/preferences/Scripting & Expressions and make sure these two check boxes are checked: Allow Scripts to write files…” “Enable JavaScript Debugger”

I have a question. Is this project made for me to put things in a gift box? Can I put text letters in the gift box?
Yes there are gift box options but the best way to see what’s included is to watch the preview video as well as carefully read the description page.
Can you confirm that I can make the boxes different sizes without breaking the animations?
Hi, the size controller is independent so yes you can adjust size without affecting the animation. Hi, sounds really weird! In case you haven’t figure it out I would be more than happy to help you. if that’s the case I will need more information about your system AE version and a small video better explaining what exactly are you facing.
