Hi. How can I change the “out”? When I click on a preset it changes the “in” but I want a different “out” but nothing I try changes it. The tutorial video is not helpful, only shows the composition part of the plugin. Thanks!
Hi! When you apply a new preset to a layer it applies to both – “in” & “out”.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to apply “in” from one preset and “out” from another preset to the same layer. This was done for the convenience of using presets and adding them in one click.
However, there is a solution for this. You can split (cmd+shift+d on a mac | ctrl+shift+d on win) or duplicate (cmd+d on a mac | ctrl+d on win) the desired layer into two separate layers and apply two different presets to them. Or you can customize the “out” of an animation in the EffectControls menu of the layer.
