In the past, I had a problem with and item and the seller just sended me a link to download an alternate product, via email. You have the same item for Premiere in your portfolio… And just refuse to help a client (the excuse was: you need a licence to use it lol).
I’ve asked for a refund, poor customer service, worst product experience I’ve had since ever in Envato. Will never buy from RoyalPixels again and do not recommend it to other agencies.

The effects are amazing BUT it takes way too long time for them to be added on your timeline. It also freezes AE for about 1 min. If you add 10-15 effects then you waste a lot of time.

Hi, some of the transitions don’t work properly in portrait resolution (9:16). There is a black triangle at one corner during the transition.

I can’t get the extension to open up in AE 22.2.0 (Build 120). Everything is installed correctly using the ZXP installer. It used to open up fine, then I updated to the latest version, and now it doesn’t work any more. Any idea what could be going on? Thanks!

hi RoyalPixels: i have a problem with the Typo Transitions. I can not change the color of the backgrounds of the transitions. I can change them on the essentials window or the effect window but it does not change in my video. I only can change the text. how can i change the purple color for example? thanks.

Trying to use the plugin today and I’m getting an error on one of the transitions “533 ReferenceError: transName is undefined” - PLEASE HELP I am trying to use this for my production job and am in middle of an edit and haven’t experienced this before - please email replikantmedia@gmail.com with help! I uninstalled and re-installed newest version of the extension, as well as updated my AE and still not working getting same error.

actually, its all transitions giving me this error as I was trying to troubleshoot if it was one transition or not. Please help.
Just found the HELP tab in your extension. Saw the expression errors tab, and discovered that I need to revert my project settings to the Legacy version since im in 2022. I had also not migrated my old settings from previous AE install, so realized that could have been part of it. ALl works fine now with reverting the expression setting to older ones.
ok, false alarm, still experiencing this issue for some reason even after reverting to legacy.
Still getting same error even after changing to legacy expressions.
I think i discovered a bug. If i try to apply a transition without clicking on the sub-category descriptor in the menu palette, i can get the transition to work. If i click the word ‘zoom’ under seamless transitions, then try to apply it, I get that 533 error. I accidentally discovered this by trying to apply a transition from the root screen without diving down into any sub descriptor filters.

Yes, you understood it right. This pack includes Titles, Lower Thirds, and 4000 Transition Presets.
Another pack includes 1600 Transition Presets and most of them are the same presets as in this pack.

One question / problem: I have multiple compositions in different aspects in a project. When I apply a transition in let’s say 1920×1080, is also changes transitions in a composition that is 1080×1080.
Is there a solution or workaround?

Hi! How do I update an extension? Need to uninstall the old version and install the new one? Or can I update through the MYFX panel in AE? Last update on December 27, what’s new?

About the December 27 project update – I have only included MYFX v3.0.1 in the project files, nothing else is changed. That’s why you haven’t received an update notification via email.
When the project has an update that includes new transitions, presets and etc. you get an email notification.
