Hi. Thank you for sending me the PSD CS5 files :o) I´ve disabled the specular reflection checkbox in the 3D render Settings in Photoshop. Re-Import the file in AE CS5 ..but all reflections are still in the PSD.. How can I disable all Reflection layers ?

Hi I bought a few days ago the Tablet promo template. I have a very strong computer but simple project does not move. Each frame load for a long time. I have version 5.5 and version 6 – have something that might work in version 6? Or a solution to version 5.5

Im loading this in CS6 and it is saying that the Photoshop 3D Layer is no longer an available feature and messes everything up. What do I need to do to fix this?

Hi. Check your email. AE SC6 doen’t support 3D objects (CS4, 5, 5.5 support and CS6 none) unfortunately. So, I have sent you a prerendered version. I hope – It’ll help you. Thanks a lot for your interest to my work.

is it possible to modify ipad movement or only the screen is editable?
If you have CS4, 5, 5.5 – you can change all you need. CS 6 doesn’t support 3D objects (it is a crazy adobe marketing, I guess, or they prepare some big surprise in CS 6.6.6).

Before purchasing this great template, I would like to know if it possible to rotate iPad Orientation on the animation (to appear only in vertical)?

Hi Nelson. iPad is a 3D object embedded into AE – so, you can rotate, change scale and position like any other 3D in AE (but not for AE CS6 – AE CS6 doesn’t support it).

Thanks for the email. The new 3d iPad file worked a treat and was very very simple to replace.
Great template. Takes a long time to render on a high spec mac pro, but that is the price you pay for having a 3d model in After Effects at the moment. Which gives you lots more freedom than only having pre rendered iPad clips. Much appreciated

I have the same problem here. Project opened on CS 5 .5 running on iMac i7 3.4 ghz 16 ram 2 Gb on graphic card and it takes forever to preview. It looks like is the photoshop 3D layer. The screen also seems muted like the other users are describing above.
Any ideas why?
Hi. Photoshop CS5 works not correct with 3D files created in CS4 – the reflection map has a scale=0 (instead 1 in CS4 ) – so, I have sent you files – check your e-mail. Thanks.

hey bro , i get the project just for the icon style and the refliction on the project but when open the project its not the same style inside !! the design of the icon inside the project is deferent from the preview ! help me please

I’ve opened it on After effects CS5 and i takes so much time to preview even when i take preview quality to “quarter” , it’s so heavy i dont know why ( i have 4go ram i7 a good config) or is this have to do with Photoshop 3D layer since i don’t have Photoshop 3D installed ??

Running in CS5 seems to loose the correct lighting – the ipad and screen seem a little muted – any ideas as to where I may be going wrong?
