Try to render without adjustment layers, just check part 1.6 in help file. Final video will looks almost the same.
Or try to render with 8bpc instead of 16, go to file > project settings and change depth to 8.
Or try with both tips, in that case render will be much more faster

Hello again, I’m sorry to say the issue still is there, but this time only “Advanced 3d” error shows up. What should I try next? I really need this template for a important project I’m working on. All of your expertise would greatly be appreciated. My Specs are Windows 7 64bit Laptop, 8 gigs Ram using CS5 .5 rendering to Quick time.

it’s really strange,
I suppose that graphic card or memory is problematic.

Better render to image sequence (I’m always rendering to tga (targa)), it’s much safer, if render crash, you can start render again from the frame where last render stops.
After render to image sequences, import them in after effects and than render to quicktime – that render will be very fast.
And during the render turn on caps lock to disable preview in after effects, it’s tip to save system resources.
And try with different multiprocessing settings, if it’s enabled try to disable it (or enable it if it’s disabled).
