Hi, I bought this template but I can’t use because I have a previous version of Premiere Pro, CC 2020 14.4. Can you convert it for me please?

Hi, Unfortunately, downgrade won’t work here. Media replacement function only works from version 2021. You can update the program to CC2021 or make a refund (https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821460-Can-I-Get-A-Refund-)
