Hello I’m getting errors when trying to install. I was using the most recent AE (22.4) and I got an “Unable to connect to the Server” error when entering the purchase code. Is there a version of AE that you would most recommend?
I tried again after installing the earliest version of AE that was available (v18.0) and I got “Unable to execute script at line 1, book is undefined” error before even being asked to insert a purchase code. Please advise. Thank you in advance.

Is there a way to just do one zoom and stop it at say for e.g. zoom level 4 and pause to see the map from higher up, then to zoom to the location at say level 8 for a closer view of the location?
Would love some assistance if possible?

I’m afraid that’s not possible. It only allows you to zoom in once.
I followed all the steps … when I clicked “download Map Images” a new window pop up “Preparing map” and it stays there without changing
Hello, please change the location of the project files. Try choosing a folder with write/read permissions, such as documents or desktop, if it is on the D drive.

I can’t use this product because I’m unable to register. I got the following message : “Unable to connect to server”. I use it at work.
You’re probably behind a company firewall. You need to have permission to run the script and folder. As a quick fix, I can send you the required map images, so you can continue to work.
How do I get a refund? I apologize but this program will not work with my 2022 Mac from a trillion dollar company that costs way more than it should.

Please can someone give me a solution to generate my maps. Newest Mac, with After Effects 2022. I click generate map, and a white screen pops up saying “preparing map” and nothing. I do not just want images to temporarily fix my issue, I would like the long term solution to this. I control clicked and forced the computer to open the map and I am still beat.

The template supports Full HD resolution.

Hi, sorry for late response on this one. Yes, you can use the video on your YouTube channel. It’s not a problem at all.
The music should have 4 different layers. Ambient, impact, music and swooshes. You’d better check the music page.

This class will direct the problem. Yes, move the purchased file to the Script UI panel. Right-click Map Generator and manually change the properties.It took a long time to solve this problem. I hope other people who have not solved it will be helpful. I attached a picture.

I’ve got this project working okay and downloaded 10 sets of map images – all good.
However, if I want to download fresh images from new coordinates, I get an error message.
“Please save the project in the template folder Project files > 01 Ultimate Earth Zoom Kit > your project.aep”
Of course I do that, I have tried saving the project and also trying a new project name but every time I go back to the Map Image Generator window, the project gives me the same message and I am unable to generate new images within the existing / already created project.
It’s as though the project only works once and I’m wondering if I need to start a completely new project if I want new maps / coordinates.

Please open the template file as shown in the tutorial before running the script file. This error appears if you didn’t do that.
Hey, this looks super cool. Forgive a stupid question but I’m wondering if i can zoom in and out of 10 different locations. So zoom in to China, then out again, then into Africa and so on. Is that possible if I download the template and follow your instructions? Thank you, Chummy

Is it possible to zoom to just the continent europe? Not to a specific place but just the continent. After a pause from there, zoom to a specific place in Europe? So not zoom out first..
