Are these expression based? Can I select a static number for the graphs to stay at at all times?
These are not expression based. They are motion graphic files, not After Effects projects. I do offer a similar project that is expression based called Superhero Statistics that allows you to select specific numbers. http://videohive.net/item/superhero-statistics/3923393
